Brandon Fox grew up at a young age playing sports. A great influence on his activity was his dad, a physical education teacher and a wrestling coach for 25 years (Richard Fox has been inducted into the Wrestling Hall of fame, and currently coaches golf at Ponderosa High School). Dr. Fox was awarded athlete of the year at Camerado Middle School in 1994 and then went on to become athlete of the year at Ponderosa High School in 1998. There he played football, where he became a two- time 2nd team All-League recipient as an outside linebacker. Dr. Fox was a nationally ranked wrestler where he became a 4-time League Champion. He was a two-time state medal winner, and went on to compete at the Senior Nationals in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Dr. Fox had significant shoulder separations/dislocations starting his sophomore year. He had considerable chiropractic care that helped him realize he wanted to become a chiropractor. It was the chiropractic care that helped him play sports for 2 years before receiving surgery on three torn ligaments before his senior year. Dr. Fox continued chiropractic care after surgery because it helped him function at his peak performance.

After high school, he went on to wrestle at Brigham Young University. Dr. Fox redshirted his first year, but soon found out that the wrestling program was being dropped because of Title 9. He pursued his education and received a degree in Exercise Science in 2004. He furthered his education and received a doctorate of Chiropractic. After 8 years of school and a 1 year Associateship, Dr. Fox is excited to help people with their injuries.
